Don’t let the cold weather ruin the game day outfit you were planning on wearing to the next home game! Here’s how to keep warm this game day:
-
Long Sleeve Layers
Two options here: either wear a long sleeve under a tank to still showoff your favorite summer garb in the winter, or layer a sweatshirt with a long sleeve for when it’s just too cold to deal.
-
Double up on leggings
I know this sounds a little odd, but wearing a nice warm pair of leggings under the classic “hail” leggings makes a world of difference!
-
Winterboots/TIMBS.
By November it’s just too cold to wear converse. There’s nothing wrong with wearing boots to a tailgate if it means saving all of your toes from frostbite!
-
Hats/Headbands
Add a hat or cute Michigan headband to your gameday attire to keep warm and still look spirited.
-
Snuggies
If you’re headed to the game, stop home and get your real heavy coat, some gloves, and a MICHIGAN SNUGGIE to keep you warm before you head to the Big House!
