For all my fitness loving pals, this one is for you. I have made a list of my top 5 favourite Youtube fitness queens to help kickstart your next at-home workout. Quarantine really threw me for a loop because my main source of serotonin is physical activity, especially going to the gym and hot yoga studio. When they were all closed, I had to figure out new ways to stay active, not only for my physical health, but also for my mental health. After countless Youtube rabbit holes, I found some fitness gurus who helped keep me sane. These ladies know how to make you sweat, have a variety of programs, and their workouts usually require minimal to no equipment.

My all-time favourite workout queen is named “Healthy Fit with Ty” on Youtube. She is so fun and upbeat and has such a variety. I love her workouts and honestly learned a lot of new, fun moves. She has great music taste too!

Another really good workout queen is named “MadFit” on Youtube. She has so many great workouts and has some fun dance workouts too in case you are sick of just HIIT, cardio, core, etc. She really gets the sweat dripping!

A classic quarantine fitness queen who emerged was Chloe Ting. I did her 2-week shred and found it so challenging, but I was able to see some results! She has plenty of challenges on her website, all of which are free! Personally, I usually just do whatever workout I want and mix them up with other vids as I find the repetition in her programs quite boring and I prefer a bit of variety. If what you’re looking for is commitment, then she is for you, but beware because you do the same videos over and over again during her challenges (get ready for those up down planks). Overall, she is really good and knows how to get your heart pumping.

Another fitness queen I discovered was Pamela Reif. This lady is tough and she will work you hard. Most of her workouts are pretty short, so if you need a quick hit she is the one for you. She’s very fun and her workouts are high intensity…. get ready to feel the burn!

The last fitness queen I will recommend is Heather Robertson. She’s super fun and has a lot of variety in both moves and intensities in her videos. Most of her videos fall around 30-ish minutes, so if you’re just getting into it or need something fast, her videos will be ideal for you.

All in all, every single one of these ladies are amazing and will leave you drenched in sweat. Side note, all of them are on Youtube and they typically provide modifications and explanations with their workouts which is great for newbies or those with injuries. Anyways, get ready to get fit and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
