These two writers have been with the Health & Lifestyle team since the beginning, and made up the editorial assistant staff. To recap on their work, check out Arielle’s writer profile here, and Martika’s profile here.

Arielle Contreras

Program & Year: Major in Political Science with a Minor in Communications, Graduating 2013

Role on HC: Health and Lifestyle Writer and Editorial Assistants

If money were no object, what would you do & why?

Travel and go to live concerts, all the time. I try to do these things as often as possible anyway, both when I do and don’t have much money, but I certainly wouldn’t say no to an ever-replenishing travel and music fund!

Martika Vassel, far right

Program & Year: First year, Journalism

Role on HC: Editor-Assistant, Health & Lifestyle

If money were no object, what would you do & why?

I would keep up with my blog and become a professional blogger. I’d travel the world and blog about all of my adventures and all the experiences I have encountered. Writing and traveling are my two favourite things to do, if I could just continue those hobbies for the rest of my life I would be the happiest person on campus!
