In 2024, I took several steps to disassociate myself from bad habits and focus on building a stronger foundation for my healthy habits in 2025. The first step was working out consistently, which is often seen as the key to improving both mental and physical health.

Your ChatGPT-Powered Workout Planning Checklist
1. Define Your Workout Goals
Start by telling ChatGPT what types of workouts you want to do each week. For example, I told it that I wanted to work out four times a week with strength training and complete four sessions of cardio.
2. Get Workout Recommendations
Next, ask ChatGPT to suggest specific workouts within those categories. For cardio, it could recommend activities like biking, running, walking, or dancing.
3. Personalize Your Routine
Once ChatGPT provides options, choose the ones you like. Then, share your work and school schedule with it so it can align your workouts with your daily routine. ChatGPT will generate a personalized plan, telling you exactly when to fit in each workout.
4. Stay Organized
After finalizing your schedule, add your new workout routine to your calendar. This will keep you accountable and make it easier to stay consistent.
Since we already rely on ChatGPT for school, it’s easy to forget that it can help with other areas of our lives, too. Thanks to this technique, I have been so much more consistent in my workouts, and my New Year’s resolution of working out every day is getting done, way more than in the years prior to this one.
