If you have classes near Queen’s Park station, you will in no doubt be familiar with one of U of T’s most striking architectural gems: the Leslie L. Dan Building. Home to the university’s Faculty of Pharmacy, the building has won a number of awards for its modern and innovative design features.
The atrium, for instance, contains two “floating pods” which function as a lecture hall and reading room. The view at night also helps the commute back home once your night classes end.
Needless to say, having class in this building is definitely worthwhile.
