It has been nearly a month, but a big congratulations is due to UC Berkeley sophomore Niki Peters for winning second place at the Jeopardy College Competition. This feat earned her $50,000 and bragging rights for beating out Stanford! An estimated 7,000 college students took the online test this past season and 300 were selected for in-person auditions. From that, Niki was among one of 15 students that was selected to participate in the quarterfinals that appeared on the big screen. Go bears!Â
