Orange, yellow, and red leaves falling on the ground,

A crisp breeze and the scent of pumpkin spice floating around.

Sweaters and scarves ready to be worn,

These are the signs of the fall season being born!

But my favorite part of fall isn’t the clothes or the scents,

It’s all the warmth that it represents.

Here are a few of my favorite fall traditions,

Ones that are perfect for these autumn conditions!

Watching Gilmore Girls and rooting for Jess,

Baking Pillsbury ghost cookies and making a mess!

Carving pumpkins into bats and witches,

Having movie marathons for Halloweentown and Twitches.

Caramel popcorn and hot chocolate coat our smiles,

A vanilla-nutmeg scented candle that will last a while.

Family and friends around the same table,

Laughter and love without labels.

While these are some of my favorite things,

What I love most are the memories fall brings!
