Spring 2013 Fashion Trends
With the nice, sunny weather and spring break just around the corner, it’s time to hit the mall for some new, cute spring outfits! Here are the latest spring 2013 fashion trends to help you with your shopping. I’ve also included some example clothing items from Forever 21. See? Being on-trend isn’t expensive at all!
1. BLACK AND WHITE
Black and white is SO hot this spring! It’s been seen on all the runways and not only is it super fashionable, it is super wearable as well! Plus, black and white doesn’t have to be in only one clothing item. You could wear a white top with a black skirt. That’s part of the trend too!

2. BOLD STRIPES
As seen above, stripes are also on the radar right now, especially vertical stripes! By drawing the eye up and down, it actually makes you look thinner, which every girl wants!
3. CUTOUTS
Last spring and summer, cutouts on the shoulders were super in! This spring the cutouts are everywhere! My favorite are cutouts around where the ribcage is as well as cute cutouts on the back.

4. SPORTY DRESSES
Dresses that show the shoulders and have an A-line skirt are super trendy! The A-line skirt is very flattering on many body shapes and not to mention, it’s super flirty as well!

5. STATEMENT SUNGLASSES
Sunglasses are my favorite part of an outfit! Not only are they super chic and pull an outfit together, but they also protect our eyes, which is so important.

You’ll notice that a lot of these trends intertwine with one another. Sometimes a shirt will have stripes and a cutout or a sporty dress will be black and white! Two trends in one outfit, how stylish!
