Instagram definitely lives up to its triple threat popularity. Serving as a mobile, photo and video-sharing, and social networking platform, Instagram allows users to publicly or privately post content as well as “follow” friends, family, and interest accounts. Many celebrities have also jumped on the Instagram boat, giving worldwide fans a glimpse into their personal life through their pictures and captions. Through social media of this nature, it helps people realize how a celebrity is as normal as any other person.
Because International Women’s Day recently passed, here are four “Mega Babe” female celebs who have not only demonstrated that they are a force to be reckoned with, but have also shown that they are strong, independent, and beautiful women both inside and out.

She is all for breaking down ethnic and gender stereotypes and empowering women of all colors and sizes to embrace their beauty by themselves. In 2015, Rodriguez’s first Golden Globe for Best Actress in a TV Comedy came with an emotional acceptance speech, captivating the public and social media, and trending “#ICANIWILL.” On and off screen, Rodriguez is a ray of sunshine.
