Another social media task people can do is by reposting this picture:

- Red Cross
Red Cross is well known for their aid and efforts in helping those affected by natural disasters and the typhoon in the Philippines is no exception. According to their website, The American Red Cross has already been focusing on reconnecting separated families while the Philippine Red Cross has volunteers distributing necessary relief items. They also have volunteers on a search and rescue in the devastated areas to look for and help survivors.

These are just a few organizations that are helping out in the major relief effort the world has put together to help the Philippines and those devastated by Super Typhoon Haiyan. For more information on how to give I found that these two news sources were quite helpful.
