Last week on April 17th, HCUCR hosted a screening of “Girl Rising” at Sproul 2355 at 5:10pm. The room was booked and all the snacks dissappeared in an instant!Â

I love to hear stories, especially true ones, and it was inspiring to see these girls able to openly share their struggles and experiences. I thought her speech was beautiful. I, like Amanda, also felt bad haha. I think I take my education for granted.
