Evernote is immensely useful for backing up papers with a free 60 MB per month, but with the Evernote extension on your browser you can save articles, web pages, and .pdf files to your Evernote account. Also, any text in images saved on Evernote is searchable within your account. I recommend snapping a picture of your notes and saving them to your account for a time saving, searchable resource.
