You just transferred here. How do you like Davis so far?
I love it. I love the small town aspect and the small town feel. There seems to be a strong sense of community here that’s conducive to making good, long lasting friendships. At my last school, a junior college in Sonoma, the social scene was pretty dead and coming here, the scene has met all of my expectations.
What is it like working at the Ramble?
Working there is probably one of the best jobs I’ve had.  As a transfer student, it really helped me get into the Davis community. Because I was thrown right in the middle of a lot of events that I would not have known about otherwise. I get to go to the events and be a part of them. This job really enables me to meet lots of cool people.
What are your plans after college?
I am currently looking into graduate school for Economics. I’ve spent so much of my time lately working and focusing on getting to Davis, that now that I am here, the focus has really shifted to future grad schools, but I just want to enjoy being here for now. School is definitely in my future whether it be here or somewhere out of state.  As far as after grad school, that is still undecided.
Who do you look up to and why?
The person I look up to the most is my father. He is one of the most humble people I know, but at the same time he has probably accomplished more than anyone else I know, in his career and in his personal life. He has never pressured me to follow in his footsteps, but rather just set the bar high for me and let me get there on my own path.
Plans for the holidays?
Losing my 6-pack because of my mother’s food and spending time with my family.
What hobby of yours speaks about you as a person?
I really enjoy sky-diving and am certified to jump out of a plane by myself. At the moment I have almost 500 jumps under my belt. I like the thrilling and uncomfortable moments in life that give you a jolt when life has gotten too monotonous.
Most embarrassing Moment?
When I was 17, I got my speedo ripped off during a water polo game and had to make the ultimate walk of shame from the edge of the pool to my towel. There was quite a crowd that day and my teammates never let me live it down.
