We all have been to the gym and have seen people who cake on the makeup. Let’s be honest with ourselves…it isn’t the cutest look. However, that doesn’t mean we can’t wear any makeup when we work out! Of course we can! We want to look our best sometimes, even in places that we aren’t really meant to. There may be that cute boy you always see or even your personal trainer! Who said we can’t look glam when we are sweating?
The concept is easy—use products that wont clog your pores, let your skin breathe by using minimal product, and then look fabulous doing it! This is when tinted moisturizer comes in handy. It camouflages some of your flaws while still letting your skin show through! Yes, if you have some problem areas that need to be addressed with concealer then go right ahead. But remember, you don’t want to look cakey, so use it sparingly.
Finish it off with a little natural eyeshadow, mascara and a bit of bronzer and then you are ready to get sweaty at the gym! Talk to you next week. :)
