We all know that guys take their vehicles seriously. Well, at least more seriously than girls do. For them it’s more than just a way to get from one place to the next. While girls express themselves with their clothes and accessories, guys use their car. So wouldn’t it make sense that one could glimpse into a certain guys mind just by looking at his car? While this may not always be accurate, if you’re interested in a guy and don’t know too much about him, then there’s one simple thing you can do. Look at his car; not in the stalker way where you follow him too it, but hopefully you already know this piece of information. Just by doing this you can get an insight into his character. And hopefully, this will only entice your interests or let you know when to proceed with caution.
Camaro: My personal favorite. This guy is more on the dark side. He has an attractive car and he knows it. He might feel that you’re the one lucky enough to be with him, not the other way around. He tends to be carefree and impulsive and may have some narcissism issues. Although, when he picks you up for a date in this you can automatically assume you’re going to have a good night. But beware of black, there’s only so much ‘bad’ a girl can take.
Hummer: This is the guy who everyone knows and tends to be seen at every party. The type you, on occasion, have to steal away his keys to drive him home. He has a large, slightly obnoxious SUV to accommodate him and all his friends. You can be sure to have a good time in this SUV, but keep in mind that you don’t know how many girls he’s had a good time with in this vehicle. While this SUV describes a guy who likes to go a little wild and crazy, at times. you can be sure to have some great memories. Keep watch for the color yellow, this borderlines on ass-like behavior.
Trucks: Country. These guys love the great outdoors-and some Kenny Chesney. You can count on them to be sweet and polite throughout your dates. Although you wont find too much excitement (unless you consider camp fires and beer exciting) he will treat you so well you won’t even care. Don’t mull too much over the color, no matter what it is these country boys tend to be uniformly great.
Now I know that these are not the only vehicles that guys drive, so here are some general tips to keep an eye out for.
- Look out for bright colors. This may show signs of high maintenance personalities.
- If his car is beat up and dented, then how can you expect him to take care of you when he can’t even take care of his car? Not to mention this puts into question his driving ability.
- Is his car filled with crude bumper stickers? Can’t you just hear the heavy death metal playing inside?
- Most Greek guys have their letters on their car, this can help you a lot by showing you how he likes to spend his time.
As girls, we need to become more creative thinking when it comes to learning more information about a guy. The same old tricks just aren’t working as well as they used too. There are times when you are going to be interested in someone but not know anything about him, that’s normal. So think outside the box and try using some of these tips and see what you find!
