It’s common for people post or recite their New Year’s resolutions every single year. This year is a little different. Let’s make it the year of “why not’s?” Why aren’t you doing certain things?
Here’s a list of 20 things UCF Knights think you should be doing in 2017!

10. Get in the gym- Going to the gym has many benefits. For one it can help you to relieve stress. It can also decrease your chances of having health problems later on in life.
Jerrell goes to the gym every day for about a hour and a half. For all my fellow knights who struggle to make it to the gym, lets push to go this year!
Jerrell Bess, senior biomedical sciences major
11. Go on mini vacations over the weekend. Take a trip to Daytona or St. Augustine. Going away over the weekend gives you a chance to escape school for a little while.
