4 ounces whole wheat macaroni
1/2 cup onion-garlic puree
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
 1/4 cup grated parmesan
Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bring onion-garlic and dry mustard to a simmer iin a small saucepan, add in cheddar and mix until melted. Mix cheese sauce and macaroni together. Add macaroni to baking dish, sprinkle bread crumbs over it. Bake for about 10 minutes.
4. Low-Fat Guacamole

1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
12 tablespoon unsalted butter, room temp

With an electric mixer, mix cream butter and sugar until fluffy, beat in eggs one at a time. alternate adding flour with Chobani in 3 additions, starting and ending with flour. Pour mixture into cupcake pan, bake about 15-20 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. For frosting, melt chocolate in the microwave until melted. set aside to cool, 15-20 minutes. mix butter and yogurt with a whisk and frost cupcakes.
