What’s better than seasoned sweet potato fries baked in your own oven? Fresh avocado dip to go along with it! Best of all, it’s completely vegan!
Ingredients
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 avocado
- Lawry’s seasoned salt
- Italian seasoning
- Dash of lemon juice
Instructions:
- Peel and cut sweet potatoĀ into traditional french-fry thicknesss (about 1/2 inch)
- Toss with olive oil, 1/2 tsp seasoned salt, and 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- Bake in the oven at 425 F, about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown
- Meanwhile, cut your avacado in half and mash it upĀ
- Add in 1/2 tsp seasoned salt and dash of lemon juice
- Enjoy your delicious and healthyĀ vegan meal!
