The leading cause of heart disease is due to smoking, and second-hand smoke. Nicotine is a toxic substance as it raises your blood pressure, and spikes your adrenaline, increasing your heart rate and the likelihood of having a heart attack.

Vaping differs from an E-cigarette in its design. E-cigarettes resembles a cigarette in its sleek design whereas Vapes vary in shape and size. Generally, a Vaping device consists of a mouthpiece, a battery, a cartridge for containing the e-liquid or e-juice, and a heating component for the device that is powered by a battery. When the device is used, the battery heats up the heating component, which turns the contents of the e-liquid into an aerosol, which is then inhaled.

It is said that 1 cigarette contains 7000 chemicals whereas Vaping liquid contains 4 ingredients (vegetable glycerine, propylene glycol, natural and/or artificial flavouring, and optional Nicotine). The Nicotine in the Vape liquid helps ease the smoking habit.
In December, public health England launched a campaign encouraging smokers to switch to Vaping as according to the study Vaping was 95% safer than smoking a cigarette.
