For skin that is irresistibly soft, make this delicious mask and relax:
Yogurt, Oatmeal, and Honey Mask
Ingredients:
¼ cup of plain yogurt
½ cup of oatmeal
2 tablespoons of honey
Directions:
- Finely grind oatmeal in blender, and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with the honey.
- Add oatmeal, and mix together until it has a paste consistency.
- Smooth over face. Leave for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
If finals are stealing your precious sleep time, try these eye-brightening ideas:
- Make chamomile tea, and instead of throwing away the bags, gently squeeze the tea and let them cool. Place slightly damp bags over your eyes, and let go!
- To sooth the skin around your eyes, cut a few cucumber slices and place them on your eyes for 15 minutes.
For dry winter skin, the best thing to do is to exfoliate and moisturize! Here is a homemade scrub that does both:

Ingredients:
3 TBLS of extra virgin olive oil
2 TBLS of honey
½ cup of sugar
Directions:
- Mix all of the ingredients together!
