However, in the typical Florida way, the weather will have you sweating in your layers by noon. Mastering the art of layering is Laine Sheer, a marketing freshman. Name: Laine Sheer Age: 19 Major: marketing with a minor in Retail Year: Freshman What brands are you wearing? “The sweater is from H&M; the sleeveless collared shirt is from Forever 21; the necklace is from Francesca’s; the jeans are Joes; and, the sandals and sunglasses are Tory Burch.” Where are your favorite stores to shop at? “Urban Outfitters, J. Crew, and local boutiques.” What inspired this outfit? “Well because of the Florida weather, I started by layering this shirt and sweater. I also had a red jacket on earlier this morning. I knew it would get hotter, so I wanted to be able to take off layers.” What are your favorite trends right now? “I love the printed open sweaters. I also love pairing a collared shirt over a sweater for a preppy look.” What is your favorite type of outfit? “Dress and cardigan.” Describe your style. “My style is a mix between Urban Outfitters and J. Crew. I like being conservative with hipster and preppy influences.”Â
