Making sure to eat a good breakfast before heading off to class will not only wake you up, but it will also give you the energy you need to conquer the day.

Especially in the summer, making sure you’re hydrated is crucial for a good start to the day. Drinking some water will wake up your body and keep the August heat from draining you!

do some light exercise

For me, yoga is a great way to start my mornings because it gives me some quiet time and stretches my muscles out. Maybe go for a run or even dance around your room to some upbeat music! It’ll get your heart pumping and set the tone for your whole day.
