Halloween is definitely the most stressful time of the year. Two weeks after college midterms, a few days after the Georgia-Florida game, and a week before the people decide who will be the next president of the United States. Talk about being stuck between a rock and a hard place! The last thing anyone wants to do is spend their precious time trying to think up a costume for an upcoming party. Here are a few ideas that can be used to inspire those who are still unsure about what they should wear this Halloween, but do not have the time to shop for a costume.
1. CARTOON character costumes are always a classic. It’s hard to mess up in this department as it’s fun and simple accessories could be added to any everyday wear.

But with great freedom comes great responsibility. A fanatstic idea for a costume can be completely ruined if it mocks or insults a group of people.
