You are your kitty’s caretaker. As a woman, it is your responsibility to make sure that she smells good, looks good, and is good. That means there are some things you must do in order to keep her in tip top shape.
1. Grooming the Kitty
An excess of hair can lead to odor and it harbors bacteria, which is why you must groom the kitty. There are various haircuts to choose from, the landing strip, the Bermuda Triangle, the bald eagle, and many others. Before you turn your bathroom into a barber shop, please note that I don’t recommend shaving. Shaving can cause ingrown hairs, boils, and a rough-feeling vaginal area. The best option is to use a bikini hair remover cream that is specifically intended to leave your kitty feeling and looking happy.
2. Emptying the Litterbox
During your period your vaginal pH is raised, which leaves your kitty on an unbalanced seesaw. An elevated pH can cause yeast infections and a stinky litterbox. That is why after your period, an important hygiene ritual is to use RepHresh. RepHresh is a gel that you insert inside of your kitty to bring the seesaw back to an even playing field. The gel essentially empties the litterbox from the mess your period left behind and gets rid of any odor.
3. Organizing a Kitty Kit
When washing your body you should have a washcloth for the areas that are surface and you should have a separate washcloth for places that lead to the inside of the body. The last thing you want to do is to spread dirt or an infection from somewhere else into your kitty. That is why organizing a kitty kit is very beneficial. The kit should consist of a kitty washcloth and/or an unscented vaginal wash gel. Some gynecologists do not recommend using vaginal washes, but it depends on which vaginal wash. There are some natural and organic vaginal washes without harmful chemicals that can be very helpful towards keeping your kitty healthy.
