5 Not-So-Foreign Sightings During Finals

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UH chapter.

Finals are fast approaching and you know what that means… stress, and that leads to madness on campus. Here are five sightings that you may see on campus as the school year comes to a close.

1.Broken computers

The computers can’t handle all our papers, portfolios, and projects. Out of order signs hang over dark screens throughout computer labs across campus.

2.Long Starbucks lines

The lines for coffee are never ending. At 9 a.m. or 5 p.m. the lines don’t stop.

3.Napping coogs

On benches, tables, couches, and leaning against walls sleeping Coogs everywhere.

4.A busy library

It never fails that the library becomes overrun with students.

5.Studying anywhere and everywhere

There should be no shame in our studying game. Any empty hallway, room, or closet is up for grabs as long as there is wifi.

During this stressful time find your perfect late night snack, make it a venti, avoid Netflix.

May the curve be in your favor!

I am an aspiring writer and excited to be writing for Her Campus. I am a print media journalism major with a minor in classical studies in the class of 2017. Go Coogs! Writing is one of my passions and I believe it give us the potential to make a huge impact. So be kind. Love much. And write on.
