1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Parchment paper
Orange sprinkles
Mini chocolate chips
Frosting:
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon butter
Milk
Preheat oven to 375.Â
1. Melt chocolate and butter together in small saucepan.
2. Cool slightly and stir in sugar and egg.Â
3. Sift flour and baking soda together.Â
4. Slowly add flour mixture to wet ingredients, alternating adding milk, vanilla, and flour until combined.
5. Drop by the tablespoon onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet.Â
6. Bake for 8-10 minutes (do not overbake!). They will be very soft.

8. To make frosting whip together powdered sugar, melted butter, and milk (enough to moisten properly) until smooth.Â
9. Put frosting in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 15 seconds.Â

11. Decorate with chocolate chips and sprinkles.Â
Enjoy these adorable little snowmen! They are also delicious just as brown and white cookies in the warmer months!
