Whether you need body art for a short time or are deciding if a specific tattoo is right for you, knowing how to make your own DIY temporary tattoos will come in handy. Using 5 household items, you can easily make commitment free tattoos.
You will need:
- Permanent Markers (fine tip is easiest to use)
- Rubbing Alcohol
- Hairspray
- Cotton Swabs
- Baby Powder
1. Using the permanent markers, draw the tattoo onto a clean, dry part of the body.
2. Let the drawing dry completely. If a mistake was made when creating the design, erase the tattoo with cotton swabs and rubbing alcohol.
3. Once dried, spray hairspray over the drawing and lightly powder with baby powder to preserve the design.
And you’re done! Your temporary tattoo will stay on for up to a week.
