Thanksgiving is coming up and this recipe is perfect for a side dish! I love potato dishes, especially these crispy sweet potato fries. With the holiday coming up, you can make a big batch of this and everyone will be so impressed. This recipe is great because there are very few ingredients and it is very affordable.
*Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
Salt & Pepper
Rosemary
2 cloves of garlic
1 Sweet Potato
Olive oilÂ
1)Â Â First, peel the potatoes and soak them in cold water. This will help remove all the starch for a crispy potato.
2)Â Â After 10 minutes dry the potatoes very well with paper towels.
3)Â Â Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
4)Â Â After drying the potatoes very well, cut the potatoes into wedges, and place them into a big mixing bowl.
5)Â Â Add rosemary, 2 tbsp of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
6)Â Â Place the potatoes in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden and crispy.
7)Â Â While the potatoes cook, mince two garlic cloves and set aside.
8)Â Â When the potatoes are ready, toss the garlic along with the hot potato fries and mix well.
Enjoy!Â
