Getting’ Fit in 2012

2012 has arrived! Welcome back to UIC for the Spring semester! Most of us decided on some New Years Resolutions over break, and were having a great time relaxing over our one-month breather. Now that we’re supposed to be back in the swing of things, keeping up with our health can be especially difficult.
 
Us girls can get really busy with school and work, and forget to take care of ourselves. Also, the Rec Center can get super busy, crowded, and not worth the trip in all of this harsh weather! UIC is bringing Weight-Watchers here to campus to remind us to be healthy along with our busy schedules! Finally, looking good can be so much easier.
 
Meetings are from 12:30 – 1:00 P.M. on Thursdays at the College of Nursing. And for this program, the cost is $39.99 a month, which includes online tools to help you keep track of your progress. Although this seems like a weight at the bottom of your purse, you can cancel anytime! Give it a try and see if you can’t figure out a healthy pattern to keep with yourself for years to come.
