Staying around campus for the beginning of Winter Break? Just because finals are over doesn’t mean that there isn’t any more fun! Are you and your friends (or maybe even significant other) interested in sex? It’s on the news, in the magazines, and in everyday conversation. Whether or not it’s the staple of life, “swingers” and those interesting in promoting what sex really means have been around for a very long time.
Join the Cultural Events committee for a documentary-style film looking at Plato’s Retreat, one of the first clubs for swingers. It was eventually closed down, but still draws important questions and controversial opinions regarding sexual history and deviance.
Talk about sex, and enjoy some great snacks with friends! Go to the Jane Addams Hull-House Dining Hall on Tuesday, December 13th from 7-9:30 P.M. The movie is entitled “American Swing.”
