HC: Where are you originally from?

JV: I was born on a small island in British Columbia, Canada, but only lived in Canada for three years before moving to the US.

HC: What is your favorite thing to do?

JV: Write, read, and hang out with my friends.

HC: Jude is such a unique name; tell the story about how your parents named you!

JV: A lot of people assume I was named after the Beatle’s song, but I was actually named after a girl my dad knew in high school who was really punk and had a Mohawk held up with superglue, which I think is pretty cool.

HC: What Netflix show do you find yourself binge-watching?

JV: I am usually finding myself watching The Office or Parks and Recreation.

HC: Tell us an interesting fact!

JV: I have two tattoos of Picasso sketches.  

HC: What is your favorite quote?
