2. Get enough sleep each night
Good for your mental health and keeping your immune system strong
3. Drink a glass of water when you wake up in the morning
Gets your metabolsim going for the dayÂ
4. Make a to – do list for each day
Good to keep yourself in check and make sure you stay organized on what you have to doÂ
5. Write down your thoughts
Good for you to reflect on yourself and take some time for self careÂ
6. Exercise daily
Good to keep yourself healthy and to feel good about yourselfÂ
7. Eat mindfully; eat what you want but in moderation
Good for your health to keep a balanced diet, but it’s good for you to indulgeÂ
8. Don’t skip meals
It’s just not healthy for you to skip meals and you can lack the energy you need to get through your dayÂ
9. Get outside every day
Getting fresh air is sometimes what is neededÂ
10. Do what makes you happy
As long as you’re happy, who cares what others say and do
As for myself, it is hard to create healthy habits and stick with them, but everyone starts somewhere. I felt as if this list was a step in the right direction to better myself, so I thought I’d share my motivations behind some of them :)Â
