…to add things you’ve already done to your to-do list, just so you feel like you’ve accomplished something. 

…to take the long way home from class, just to catch a glimpse of your crush on the way. 

…to advocate against bad reality TV shows (The Bachelor, Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, Teen Mom) but still tune in religiously every week. 

…to your keep keys/credit card/ID in your bra when you go out on the weekends.

…to turn the music up loud enough in your car so that you can’t hear your own miserable singing voice.

…to let your mother’s Facebook friend request linger for a few days, weeks, months, or until you can figure out how to hide your drunken photos. 

…to give in to that 3am craving and scoop yourself a bowl of ice cream. 

…to knowingly be more like a Peobe or a Samantha than a Monica or Charlotte. 

…to keep putting that oil change off until Christmas break. 

…to have a celebrity crush on someone who is much older/younger than you. I still see you Mr. Clooney. 

…to completely trash your room in under 10 minutes on a Saturday night. 

…to watch the Food Network on the TVs at the gym. 

…to have a race with the microwave on a daily basis. 

…to have a running countdown for your birthday that is more than a month away. 

…to absolutely nail the verse on a popular rap song and be disappointed that no one was around to hear it. 

…to incorrectly lip synch all the words to a song you only the chorus of. 

…to count your walk up “library hill” as your workout for the day. 

…to make up a lie that you’re PMSing so you have an excuse to finish that pint of ice cream. 

…to get overly excited about any event that calls for a new party dress. 

…to be suddenly interested in UNH Hockey after you heard that they were #1 in the nation. 

…to buy the same pair of leggings/jeans/pants in every color or shade. 

…to still be afraid of needles and rollercoasters at age 20.
