Playing a sport means a lot to me. I have been playing sports ever since I was a little girl. Sports have been a big aspect of my life and I will continue to keep them apart of my life (as long as I’m not getting injured). Sports are where I met most of my friends, without them I wouldn’t have some of my best friends. In my eyes, playing sports is a stress reliever. Finding a sport you are passionate about and applying it to your everyday life will reduce all the stress you build up in your body. When going to college you do not realize how much of an impact stress can have on you. But you will quickly understand that you need to find a stress reliever ASAP. To me that is sports. I am a part of the Women’s Club Volleyball team at UNH. Since I carried my interests over to college I realized that it is convenient for me to participate in. Going to practice allows me to leave my worries aside and go play something I love, volleyball. I will always have a passion for volleyball and continue to play each year. Besides sports, I still go to the gym and workout. Having physical activity a part of an everyday life is essential in my eyes. Without sports, I don’t think I would be who I am today!
