Spring Hair Styles: How to Fishtail

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UNH chapter.

This spring, play up your outfits with a new hairstyle. The fishtail braid has been all over the place this spring, and it’s actually very easy to do! Follow these simple steps to learn how:

Separate your hair into two low ponytails.

Grab a small section of hair from behind the left ponytail and pull it tight to the right ponytail.

While still holding the two ponytails tightly, grab a small section from behind the right ponytail and pull it tight to the left ponytail.

Pull the two ponytails tight, and repeat the second and third steps until the fishtail is as long as you’d like.

Rock it!
