Are you having a hard time keeping track of all the great Halloween events coming up? Trying to figure out where to show off your great costume or where to find the scariest haunted house? Don’t worry; we’ve got you covered:

IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A PARTY:

Shannan’s Hallow-Scream (Thursday, October 24th at 8 PM)

UPRRP’s AMA association hosts this Halloween party at Shannan’s Irish pub in Guaynabo. $5 entrance fee and a costume contest sponsored by us, Her Campus-UPR. Bring your werewolf or your witch (but ditch the masks; those aren’t allowed) and take pictures on our pink carpet!

Yellow Halloween (Friday, October 25th, Centro de Convenciones at 8 PM)

Medalla Light’s annual costume party has a musical line-up featuring Flo Rida and Wisin, along with local DJs. Tickets are available online at prticket.com, Sears’s La Gran Discoteca stores in Plaza Las Américas, Bayamón’s Santa Rosa Mall, Plaza del Caribe in Ponce, and Mayagüez Mall. They’ll also be available the day of the event at ticket counters.

Coors Light Circotic (Saturday, October 26th at 8 PM)

San Juan’s Muelle 15 hosts this year’s Circotic event, featuring hip-hop icon Snoop Dogg and electronica’s NERVO. Tickets are available online at tcpr.com.

IF YOU’RE LOOKING TO GET SCARED:

House of Phobia (September 27th – November 2nd)

From 6 PM to midnight from Thursday through Sunday, San Juan’s Museo de Vida Silvestre becomes a spooky haunted attraction featuring special effects. There’s also live music, costume shops, a memorabilia exhibit, magic shows, and a “shooting range” where you can take your aim at zombies and other creepers. Leave your costumes and masks at home, though. Tickets are available at boletospr.com and at the museum every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from noon to 6 PM. For group rates, call (787) 998-1111.

Soul Screams (October weekends + October 31st and November 1st)

Ponce’s historic Castillo SerrallĂ©s becomes a frightening haunted mansion complete with more than 60 actors dressed as zombies, ghouls, and other scary shit from 7 to 11 PM on weekends. There’s also a mysterious “Lost Souls” package that only a lucky few will be able to experience. Tickets are available online at soulscreams.ticketleap.com and at the actual castle’s ticket booth from 9 AM – noon, 1 PM – 4 PM Tuesdays through Fridays and at 6 PM on weekends.

AND IF YOU’RE A SCAREDY-CAT LIKE ME…

Teatro Breve’s La Casa II (October 24th – October 27th, 9 PM)

Legendary local comedy group Teatro Breve keeps the laughs coming with a sequel to their hit La Casa show at the Café Teatro El Josco on Santurce’s Calle del Parque. Tickets are available online at prticket.com, Sears’s La Gran Discoteca stores in Plaza Las Américas, Bayamón’s Santa Rosa Mall, Plaza del Caribe in Ponce, and Mayagüez Mall. They’ll also be available after 6 PM the night of the event at the theater’s ticket stand.

Whether you’re in it for the glitz, the screams, or the laughs, there’s no excuse to not have a scary-good time this Halloween!
