2021 is now in full swing! As many of you know, self love should always be our top priority. Personally, I enjoy a good self-help book because they help me interpret the world more positively. These types of books teach us how to improve our lives and practice the strategies they’ve taught us. There are numbers of books that you can find on the internet that have promising titles. However, we may ask ourselves, which one is the best to start with? If you are ready to start making changes, here are 5 self-help books that are guaranteed to change your life!

1. The Secret by Rhonda Byrne 

The Secret by Rhonda Byrne is a quick read that gives readers an explanation of The Law of Attraction and its properties. The Law of Attraction states that positive attitudes attract positive results in your life, and your thinking is a lot more influential than you think.
