The state of the UPR System is definitely no laughing matter, thousands of students move away from home each year to acquire knowledge and a degree for a better future, and to be uncertain of what is going to happen is quite scary. Nonetheless, many people took to Twitter to express how they were feeling with the latest news that ten out of the eleven Chancellors of the UPR system quit, including interim president Celeste Freytes.
