5 Lies You Tell Yourself Everyday

Every night, you go to sleep with high hopes of all the wonderful things you’re going to accomplish!  Suddenly, you wake up and, as the hours of the day dwindle down, so does your motivation.  Here are five of the most infamous promises to ourselves we break on a daily basis:

1.  I’m going to wake up early and eat breakfast!

You’ll settle for before noon and inhaling a granola bar in the car.

2.  Not skipping a single class this week! Not one!!!

Now it’s Thursday morning and you cant stop hugging your toilet, because Wheelhouse won again.

3.  Gym today and everyday!

Lol.

4.  I’m going to start that paper that’s due next week now so I can get it out of the way.

If only you had that kind of self-motivation.

5.  I’m not answering him anymore.  I don’t care how many times he texts me.

Okay but he really is sorry this time.
