Every night, you go to sleep with high hopes of all the wonderful things you’re going to accomplish! Â Suddenly, you wake up and, as the hours of the day dwindle down, so does your motivation. Â Here are five of the most infamous promises to ourselves we break on a daily basis:
1. Â I’m going to wake up early and eat breakfast!
You’ll settle for before noon and inhaling a granola bar in the car.
2. Â Not skipping a single class this week! Not one!!!
Now it’s Thursday morning and you cant stop hugging your toilet, because Wheelhouse won again.
3. Â Gym today and everyday!
Lol.
4. Â I’m going to start that paper that’s due next week now so I can get it out of the way.
If only you had that kind of self-motivation.
5. Â I’m not answering him anymore. Â I don’t care how many times he texts me.
