You wake up one morning in October and hear raindrops spitting on the roof, the wind howling, and then you remember it’s football Sunday. What a better day to cook up some delicious fall treats to stuff your face with while you kick back and watch the game. Here are five simple yet mouthwatering dessert recipes to get you in the mood for the fall season.

1. Pumpkin Blossoms

What you will need:

1 cup-Flour

1 cup-Brown sugar, light packed

½ tsp.-Cinnamon

ÂĽ tsp.-Cloves, ground

1 pinch-Kosher salt

ÂĽ tsp.-Nutmeg, ground

What you will need:

1 qtr. Vegetable oil

1 pk Prepared refrigerated piecrust

1 can Lucky Leaf Apple Pie Filling

1 tbsp. pure maple syrup

What you will need:

1 package spice or carrot cake mix (regular size)

2 cups chopped peeled tart apples

20 caramels

½ cup semisweet chocolate chips

48 milk chocolate kisses

5. Pumpkin Pie Dip

What you will need:

15 oz. can pumpkin

Âľ cup brown sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1/8 tsp. cinnamon

1/8 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

6 oz. fat free Greek yogurt

8 oz. Cool Whip (I used fat-free)

Cut up apples, bananas, and other fruits, crackers and cookies to dip
