With spring rapidly approaching, it’s time to take off the layers of winter and show some skin. The warmer weather can dehydrate skin and it’s important to find the best products that will protect your glow and enhance your features. These are my skincare must-haves:
Aveeno Positively Radiant In-Shower Facial
The first product is my favorite facial cleanser: Aveeno’s 60 Second In-Shower Facial. It’s very quick–I just apply it in the shower and my skin feels great for the rest of the day. I use it two to three times a week, mostly before bed because it can affect sensitive skin, but when paired with a good SPF moisturizer in the daytime, it’s great.
Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser
This facial cleanser is perfect for sensitive skin. The product is light and takes makeup off very easily. Other makeup removers can hurt the eyes but washing eye makeup off with this product is easy and painless.
Garnier SKINACTIV Moisture Bomb Moisturizer
This product is by far the best SPF moisturizer I have ever tried. My fair skin needs all the protection it can get, but I really hate the sticky residue that most other SPF-included moisturizers leave on my skin. The product absorbs right into the skin and is very light—perfect for wearing under makeup, which was my biggest concern.
St. Ives Oatmeal Scrub + Mask
The versatility of St. Ives Oatmeal Scrub + Mask is what initially made it so appealing to me. It can be used as either a face mask, body scrub or both. The exfoliating beads create smooth skin and the oatmeal scent is present but subtle.
Nivea Radiant Silk In-Shower Body Lotion
I hesitated to buy the Nivea Radiant Silk In Shower Body Lotion at first, but once I caved, I instantly regretted not purchasing it sooner. The convenience of not having to spend time putting on lotion after the shower is totally worth the splurge. The exfoliating 2-in-1 lotion is long lasting and smells refreshing too.
Overall, these are the products that have worked well in making my skin glowy and soft. For a college girl who is ballin’ on a budget, these are my go-to’s for radiant skin without breaking the bank.
