1) Decorate!
Pull out the tinsel and put up the tree. Get into the Christmas spirit by getting your home bathed in the feeling of the season. Christmas decorations have a way of warming up anyĀ home, whether itā€™s a one bedroom apartment or a five bedroom house. That warmth can have a number of benefits (like maybe reducing your stress during finals week).
2) Binge on Christmas Movies
Thereā€™s nothing that can get you in the spirit like watching all of the Santa Claus movies (and all of the Home Alone movies and How the Grinch Stole Christmas, etc). So, grab your favorite holiday movies, some fluffy blankets and a snuggle buddy and watch Christmas movies until you fall asleep.
3) Go to Local Holiday Events
Whether you attend your cityā€™s tree lighting ceremony or Christmas parade, getting out with your friends and family to local events can brighten your mood and help prepare you for any chaos life might throw at you.
