Most collegiettes™ have been preparing for spring break for weeks, if not months. Part of that vacation prep is searching for that perfect spring break body to show off for a week.
In order to achieve that, most women hit the gym, try a new diet or two, and obsess over every aspect of how their body is perceived. Look no further, here is how you can achieve the perfect spring break body last minute!
Step 1: Love yourself and love you body. That’s it. Simple as that.
There is no such thing as a “perfect spring break body,” only our warped sense of beauty standards that our society places on us. Your body is beautiful on its own in every single way. Every curve, every freckle, every scar, every stretch mark: love them and love you body. It should be no surprise that we all come in different shapes, sizes, colors, and with different accent marks, that’s okay! I challenge you to look past everything that tells you what a spring break body is and enjoy your time for you.
Everyone deserves a break from this crazy semester of keeping up with college life. You deserve to do that being comfortable in your own skin. A healthy body image is your best trick for spring break; try to use it. Remember, have fun in whatever you choose to do for your week away from campus and be safe!
