I had to try this magic for myself.
I chose to go for Provocalips in 730 Make Your Move. Being a pale individual I didn’t want to jump into anything too dark, after all this is a 16-hour lip color. Make Your Move in the bottle is a deep blush tone that looked like it would give me enough of an impact, without making me look like a clown.
Monday morning I put it on first thing, a generous layer of color and a minimal layer of the lock and shine gloss. The color lasted through breakfast and lunch, through coffee and meetings. It looked almost exactly the same at the end of the day as it did when I first put it on: The only difference was that my lips felt and looked very dry. When I took my makeup off Monday night, the lip color lasted through the scrubbing.
Tuesday morning my lip color looked nearly as good as it had the morning before when I first put on Provocalips, so I decided I may as well go with the same color for Tuesday. I put on a fresh layer of color followed by a generous layer of the lock and shine gloss. My lips were even better at the end of Tuesday than they were the day before. I had learned the portions of product to put on: The lock and shine gloss is a wonderful thing, use it.
The rest of the week I continued to use my new Provocalips lip colour. There was not a single day that my color faded or transferred onto anything, or anyone, that my lips came into contact with.
I only recently became a fan of the regular wear of lip color and my biggest complaint has been that I always have to keep a mirror and lipstick with me for touch-ups. While other companies are solving this by putting mirrors on their lipstick or lip color containers, this company has created a solution that truly lasts.
