Just in time for finals season, am I right?
- Beginning to study is a chore in itself.
- Starting homework more than a day before it’s due is a rare achievement!
- You find yourself checking every single form of social media before starting any work. Mulitple times.
- You complain about an assignment being due even though it was on the syllabus at the beginning of the semseter.
- Reading for homework – that means no homework.
- There’s always time to do it later….maybe after a nap.
- You are a pro at submitting things in at 11:59pm.
- You have the attention span of a goldfish when you study – that is, if any studying happens at all.
- You are very good at making lists of things you have to do then not doing them; you have beautiful but empty planners to prove it.
- But despite doing all of these, you still get everything you have to do done on time – well, most of it.
If a lot, or all of these points relate to you, congratulations, you are a master procrastinator. For those of you in this boat you should check out Tim Urban’s TED talk about procrastination: Inside the mind of a master procrastinator (Check out the link below). That is, if you can get around to it.
