Campus Celebrity: Cynthia Wyre

Cynthia Laura Wyre is a junior at USFSP majoring in Health Science. She expects to graduate in December of 2016 and move on to physical therapy graduate school. She is well known around campus because of her out-going personality and brings great vibes wherever she goes. She’s currently an RA in Residence Hall One and works at the information desk in the USC. Keep reading to learn about our very own Cynthia Wyre!

 

What’s your favorite thing about our campus?

I love our campus because if its sick location. We are along the waterfront in Downtown St. Pete it is such a lively place to be.

 

What’s your #1 on your bucketlist?

I want to live in Europe for a portion of my life.

 

Favorite genre of music?

I truly love all types of music so this is typically a hard question to answer. Amy Winehouse is by far one of my favorite artists.

 

Coke or pepsi?

Coke

 

What quote do you live by?

“Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.” – Dr. Seuss

 

What’s your favorite thing about yourself?

My lively personality

 

What are your career goals and aspirations? 

I hope to graduate and move on to physical therapy graduate school. 

 

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? 

In ten years, I will be 31 so I hope to be successful, living out my dreams as a physical therapist and residing in Europe.

 

Anything you want our readers to know about you?

One of my favorite things to do is Country Line Dance.

Cynthya is a sophomore at USFSP majoring in Mass Communications. She currently holds the position of Editing and Content Chair in her chapter. She aspires to work at Cosmopolitan and write to her heart’s desire. She loves to be adventurous and often agrees to try new things with a, “why not?” attitude. She loves the city life because she was raised in South Korea and sees herself living in New York among all the skyscrapers and cabs one day.
