What year are you (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior)?
Senior
Why did you decide to go to USFSP?
I really wanted to go somewhere small and I fell in love with the location. It’s absolutely beautiful here!
What’s your major?
Psychology
What’s your favorite thing about the USFSP community?
I love that you have the opportunity to make your college experience your own here. I helped to start both the South Florida All Stars and the Women Empowerment Club. It’s very rare to go to a school where you have so many amazing opportunities at your disposal.
What’s your favorite thing to do on campus?
My favorite thing to do on campus would probably be a tie between spending time with my teammates (South Florida All Stars) and discussing gender related issues with the Women Empowerment Club.
How did you get involved in the Women Empowerment Club?
Freshman year I was really disappointed to find that there were no clubs where you could discuss gender related issues and I decided to change that. My friend Katie Wagner and myself decided to make it a reality. We set out in Spring 2014 to begin the process of starting the club and by Fall of 2014 we were up and running!
What do you do when you’re not on campus?
If I am not on campus, I am most likely eating some of the delicious food that St. Pete has to offer. Â I am a little obsessed with food, so any excuse to eat off campus I am always down for. Â
