Hardworking. Polite. Committed. Traditional. These are just a few words that can describe this week’s campus cutie. Maybe you know of him but if not, say hello to Joshua Rinard!
What is your major and your graduation year?
I am currently majoring in Graphic Design, with an expectation to graduate in May 2017.
What do you plan to do with that major?
I would like to work for a graphic design firm, and create new and inspiring ideas by pushing the boundaries of what conventional graphic design is.
You’re a model, what advice would you give to others about beauty standards?
Beauty standards are a joke. People will always criticize, and there will always seem to be someone more attractive. But that should never change the way we think about ourselves. We are all so unique in our own ways, and we need to embrace that.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
I would love to have established my name and credibility in graphic design, so that I am able to work for myself, and freelance all my work. In order to be able to travel, and explore the world, while still being able to work.
Are you single?
Yes I am single.
What made you choose this university?
Both my parents, and older brother all went to USF.
Is there any advice you would like to give to incoming freshmen?
Make sure to work hard, and stay focused. Also try and get connected with USF activities.
Is there anything else you would like people to know?
I work full time, and go to school full time, so it is possible! It just takes hard work, and enjoying the class always helps.
