Â Once you enter the information the app will tell you the amount of calories that you should intake to help you maintain or lose weight. Â Basically all you do is input everything that you have eaten or drank that day along with the daily exercise. It can even give you notifications to remind you to track your daily process.

Similar to “Lose It” you create an account and it gives you daily calorie goal. Along with you being able to track your daily food and exercise regiment. “Fitbit” actually takes it a step further by using the sensors found in the latest iPhones and Android devices to track the amount of steps you take per day. They also have different equipment that you can buy so you can thoroughly track your health and fitness process.

PopSugar Fitness

Is completely different than the other two apps. It is a workout based app for women. “PopSugar Fitness” contains tons of workouts from strength training to cardio. It has videos workouts and pdf workouts that you can follow at home or in the gym. The best part about it is that the pdf workouts allow you to download them on to your phone for easy access.
