We’re back with another at home workout! As much as we love the Student Life Center, we love our living room’s and TV’s more! So here is another at home workout you can do from the comfort of your own home or dorm.
This workout will target your whole body and it incorporates cardio. Repeat each section 1-2Â times.
Section 1:
30 jumping jacks
10 squats
50 Russian twists
20 crunches
10 side lunges (each leg)
5 jump squats
15-second superman hold
30 jumping jacks
Section 2:
30-seconds of high knees
50 bicycle crunches
10 push ups
5 sit ups
10 standing calf raises
10 squats
15 crunches
30 seconds of high knees
Section 3:
30 seconds f butt kicks
10 triceps dips
15 crunchy frogs
5 jump squats
30 Russian twists
10 1-2-3 pulse ups
10 lunges
30 seconds of butt kicks
Section 4:
30 skaters
15 crunchy frogs
10 push ups
20 jumping jacks
10 1-2-3 pulse ups
5 burpees
30 mountain climbers
40 jumping jacks
30 skaters
Be sure to stretch out once you have finished your workout!
